LaShan Ellison, MBA
Co-Founder & COO
LaShan Ellison brings visionary leadership and a heart for the community to her role as Co-Founder and Principal of EIG Builders. With a background in real estate and property management, she leads with both strategy, innovation, and soul—ensuring that every development honors the legacy of the neighborhood while meeting the needs of future residents.
LaShan has successfully overseen the completion of several single-family homes and is now expanding EIG Builders’ footprint into multi-family developments, including a new 4-unit townhouse complex in North Tulsa. She is a bold advocate for equity in housing and minority representation in real estate, leading with purpose, excellence, and unwavering commitment.
Terrell Ellison, MBA, PMP
Co-Founder & CEO
Terrell Ellison is a seasoned engineer and operations leader with over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. His practical expertise, combined with his entrepreneurial background and MBA training, fuels the operational strength behind EIG Builders.
After relocating to Tulsa in 2017, Terrell co-founded EIG Builders alongside his wife LaShan with a shared vision: to create spaces that generate generational wealth and restore the dignity of homeownership. A devoted father and community member, Terrell brings grounded wisdom, technical excellence, and steady leadership to every project.
